Shipping & Refunds
We are a small, home-based business and currently do not have space to physically stock all of our products. As we build our business, we hope to begin stocking our best-selling products.
Currently, most of your orders will be fulfilled directly by our global suppliers. Since these will be individual orders, the shipping estimate is 2-4 weeks. Please note that this also means your items will ship separately and at different times, as we work with many different suppliers. To make up for this extended shipping time, we are offering free shipping for all the products that we are not currently able to stock in-house.
For locally made products that we carry in-house, we are using NZ Post. Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. We aim to reduce single use plastic where we can and thus will use eco friendly packaging for locally shipped items when possible. This means that you may receive items in a recycled box or with recycled packaging
Locally stocked products cannot be shipped outside of New Zealand at present. We apologize for this but please take advantage of our free international shipping on any items from our global distributors.
Since we are not currently stocking most products, we cannot except returns on any items. However, please get in touch with us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Facebook page if you have any issus and we will do our best to work with you. Please provide videos or photos of any damaged items as this is a requirement by our suppliers.
All of our body care items (soaps, lip balm, etc...) are final sale and cannot be returned.
